About WaterFlow Solutions
WaterFlow Solutions is a San Luis Obispo water line specialist. We focus on one thing: getting leaking, broken and failing water service lines found, fixed and holding pressure again.

Who we are
When a water line fails, most people don't know who to call, or even whether the problem is theirs or the City's. WaterFlow Solutions exists to make that first step simple: one phone number, answered around the clock, and people who understand the difference between a City main, a meter and the private service line running under your yard.
We're based at 3040 McMillan Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, and San Luis Obispo is the only area we focus on. That local focus matters. The City's rules on who owns which section of pipe, the age of the housing in each neighborhood, and the clay-rich soils in parts of town all shape how a water line problem should be handled here.
What we help with
Our work is narrow on purpose: water line repair in San Luis Obispo. That means the private pipe between your City water meter and your building, and the problems that come with it:
Where we work
We serve property owners throughout the City of San Luis Obispo, including Laguna Lake, Edna-Islay, the Orcutt Area and Righetti, Foothill and Bishop Peak, and Downtown and Old Town. If you're just outside the city, call anyway and ask.
How we approach every job
- Find it before digging. A water line repair should start with locating the leak, not guessing, so the access hole is as small as possible.
- Explain it plainly. You should know where the problem is, what caused it, and whether a spot repair or a replacement makes more sense, and why.
- Written quotes, no pressure. You get the price before work starts, including what's covered for restoration and permits. The decision is yours.
- Useful information, free. Our pages explain where the City's responsibility ends and yours begins, and how to run the meter test yourself, so you can call with a clear picture.
What to expect when you get in touch
Whether you call or send the form, the process is the same.
- Tell us what's happeningWhere the property is and what you're seeing: wet ground, low pressure, a moving meter or a high bill.
- Get connected with a local water line proWe put you in touch with a San Luis Obispo professional who handles water line work, as quickly as scheduling allows.
- Assessment and a written quoteThe problem is located and you receive a clear price before any work starts.
- You decideThere's no obligation. If you go ahead, the line is repaired, pressure-tested and the ground restored.
Good questions to ask before any water line repair
Whoever works on your line, it's reasonable to ask how the leak will be located before digging, how long the water will be off, what the quote includes and excludes (such as surface restoration or permits), and what warranty applies to the repair. For any contractor in California, you can also look up their license on the Contractors State License Board website.
